Home Sleep Testing

Why Test for Sleep Apnea?

“It’s not just about snoring—it’s about your heart, your brain, and your future.”

The Risks of Untreated OSA

Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) causes your breathing to repeatedly stop and start. Over time, this puts massive strain on your body, increasing your risk for:

  • Heart Disease: Increased risk of heart attack and irregular heartbeat (AFib).
  • High Blood Pressure: OSA makes hypertension harder to control.
  • Type 2 Diabetes: Sleep loss affects how your body processes insulin.
  • Stroke: Reduced oxygen levels during sleep damage brain health.

The Benefits of a Diagnosis

Once you have a formal diagnosis through our SleepImage Ring, a world of improvement opens up:

  • Restorative Sleep: Wake up feeling refreshed instead of exhausted.
  • Mental Clarity: Eliminate “brain fog” and improve daytime focus.
  • Better Mood: Reducing sleep interruptions helps combat anxiety and depression.
  • Weight Management: Balanced hormones from deep sleep help regulate appetite.

The Home Sleep Test (HST) Advantage

🏠Comfort
Test in your own bed without a lab technician watching.
💰Cost-Effective
HST is significantly more affordable than an overnight lab study.
📈Accuracy
The SleepImage Ring uses CPC technology to provide medical-grade data.

Why the Ring?

  • Natural Sleep: You sleep in your own bed, in your preferred position.Sleep Image Ring
  • High Accuracy: Uses heart-lung coupling to measure real sleep stages, not just movement.
  • Quick Results: Your data is uploaded instantly to our clinic for analysis.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if the ring falls off at night?

Don’t worry! Simply slide it back on and the app will resume recording. If it was off for most of the night, we may ask you to wear it for a second night.

Can I wear nail polish?

Clear or light-colored polish is usually fine, but dark colors (black, navy, deep red) can interfere with the sensor. We recommend a clean finger for the best results.

Pro Tip: Ensure your phone is plugged into a charger overnight so the app can record your entire night of sleep without interruption.
